Tom MacFarland is coming soon to Amazon and Barnes and Noble!
Writer, marketing expert, and a recent contributor to The Argyle, Tom MacFarland, will soon have his new e-book See with Other Eyes released via Amazon and Barnes and Noble. Tom MacFarland lives with his family in the greater Cleveland, Ohio area and is a writer with experience in the international naval weapons. No one shows the reader a better feel for being inside a nuclear submarine. Years of research on geopolitical issues, and knowledge of naval armament, convinced him to tell his upcoming tale: “These warships are all that stand between us and permanent unconsciousness.”
Like Tom’s short fiction piece, “The Nairobi Papers,” he masterfully mixes politics, intrigue, prose, and style that whets the mental appetite for more: “The signals are at every turn and the intent is unmistakable. Choosing the long-game approach, its strategy appears to be lulling the Free World into complacency with innumerable small warm-ups to the main event. “
Just as he has impressed us at The Argyle with his enveloping writing, Tom has garnered well-earned praise for his newest literary offering:
“See with Other Eyes” is an even-paced thriller that keeps you waiting for the next shoe to drop, and ends with a wild ride. In reality, this book should be classified as secret because this is threat assessment that moves adversaries to the bargaining table to face the music they created.” Nate Brown.
“Readers of Clancy-style techno-thrillers with geopolitics woven in won’t be disappointed. I liked Brock, a thoughtful John le Carre-level spy.” Dave Charley, English Department Emeritus, Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Give MacFarland’s See with Other Eyes and his short story, “The Nairobi Paper,” in our March issue a read, and if you are as blown away as we are, you are in luck: The Argyle Literary Magazine and Blood+Honey Press will soon have “The Nairobi Paper” available for purchase very very soon.
Happy reading.
